We made a vow to each other last weekend to never visit any city ever again without bringing our bikes. This happened sometime during our first day in Washington, D.C. as we zoomed past pedestrians wandering around the city streets and monuments. Poor suckers. The main reason we went down was to attend our friend Ryan's pre-screening party for a documentary he filmed for National Geographic. It's called "Inside the Green Berets" and airs on June 3. Check it out if you can. In addition to the party, we covered a lot of ground on our trusty old mountain bikes, enjoyed gorgeous weather, viewed the Constitution and Declaration of Independence and had an overall great time.
