Triathlon

This Saturday, July 7th, 2007, Karen and I, along with our friend (and fellow chiropractor), Joe, participated in the Broome County Triathlon. Pre-race, we all thought we would drown, or have a cardiac event somewhere during the bike or run portion. To our delight, we all finished well, felt good for doing it, and Karen and I even placed in our small divisions. The race was followed by indulging at Cold Stone Creamery, a tradition that is practiced when ever a CSC is within a 30 mile radius from the race site.

Thanks goes out to Kaley and Wes, and Michelle, for showing up and shouting for us, as well as to Beth and Amy, who slaved away handing out refeshments sponsored by MFC.
